All products sold by Mechanic IQ are digital products. No physical items are shipped.

Instead of shipping, customers receive their purchased products electronically via email or secure download access.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

After a successful payment, your order will typically be processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

In most cases, delivery is immediate or completed within a few hours. However, in some cases, processing may take up to 48 hours due to payment verification, email provider delays, or system processing times.


DELIVERY METHOD

Your digital product will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery may include:

  • Direct email with download instructions, or

  • A secure download link

It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout.


DELIVERY ISSUES

If you do not receive your product within 48 hours, please check:

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

Mechanic IQ is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email information or customer email settings.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been successfully delivered to the email provided, the product is considered fulfilled.

If technical issues occur, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure access is provided.
